About me
Hello! I'm DunIA CastRHo, a marketer and organizational psychologist with over 25 years of experience in human resources, talent automation, and disruptive education.
I've given more than 100 lectures in Spain, Peru, Colombia, El Salvador, Argentina, and Mexico, to over 10,000 people. But when I'm invited to give a lecture, I don't go alone: NIA, my educational AI, goes with me. Because I'm not just a speaker... we're two!
My events aren't traditional conferences; they're immersive, interactive, and hands-on experiences where your attendees build their learning with me, in real time—even if I sometimes give you technical challenges to make it happen!
I run La AcademIA RusH and founded Los Talenters, an ecosystem with a community of more than 5,000 active talenters and more than 50 disruptive and constantly updated courses, a 50-hour Bootcamp where you don't learn, you build, and specialized bots (NIA, CARE and TESA) that accompany students 24/7. I am currently writing my book: "HR for beginners", a visual and narrative work to rethink how we work, recruit and learn with AI (inclusive, interactive and created 100% with artificial intelligence).
I'm a functional neurodivergent (Asperger's type), which makes me always think outside the box. I design mind maps and systems for different experiences with symbolic analogies that activate strategic thinking from everyday life, making the event very fun and insightful.
